Thank you for another very interesting article happy

I am R.C. here in the U.S.A.. Some Catholics here make a "big day" of the First Communion (First Eucharist) for young family members, but in my personal experience I know of no family that spends that amount of money on a celebration! It is more, as you indicated from your own youth, a family day and celebration.

I have never before heard of the ice lamb. What is the "red liquid" that oozes out? A fruit syrup? What kind of cake usually is underneath the lamb? You mentioned sweet and calorie-dense food...
