The red liquid is grenadine syrup, a blood-red syrup made from pomegranates (I have added it in the article). You buy grenadine in bottles. A fancier version of the lamb has a red "coulis" or fresh fruit syrup, mostly made of red berries, inside. And the cake underneath the lamb is an ice cream cake.
Sounds good, no?
